很少见的杂志
好像SCI都没有收录
竟然google不到
有用吗？

是否英文杂志？后期改刊名了？
CA上查来的？？

我是在阅读文献中看到引用这篇文献，J. Elec. Spec.,
google中可以搜到很多人引用这个杂志的
