职位描述：
Responsibilities:
-Lead sales team to meet annual sales target and control/measure the
-overall sales performance for north China.
-Strategy implementation to meet short/long term business objectives.
-Indentify market unmet needs and industrial trends with proposal on new product/application development.
-Monitor,reflect the market dynamic to SBU manager timely.
-Work with other functions closely to drive the business growth by good communication and influence.
-People management and development,skills vs.knowledge vs.attitude.
Job Requirements:
-University degree above,MBA will be a plus, but not must.
-over eight years with at least 3 years people management experience.
-leadership concept;strong team management skill and general chemical industry knowledge for architecture and construction chemicals.
-Working experience & knowledge on EIFS (外保温) will be a plus.
-Good English communication skill.
