[【求助】] 请教wiley帐号内的Seamless Access与patent customer的区别

请教：
在My profile里点击了以后出现诸如以下的结果：
As a Registered User you currently have access to Licenses from the following sources:
        SAALCK - Murray State University  Roam until: 25 Apr 2008   Seamless Access  
        ××××PPV Customer     
        SAALCK Consortium    Parent Customer  


但是我试了一下，在SAALCK Consortium里面包含的期刊，我并没有权限下载
请教Seamless access 与patent customer在到底有什么区别呢？
