矿渣棉与岩棉在物理性能方面有什么区别

由于矿渣棉的酸度系数较低,也即所含的碱性氧化物较多,如果矿渣棉的化学成分选择不当,当矿渣棉熔体在成纤进受到争剧冷却后,容易在矿渣棉中形成具有一定水硬活性的硅酸二钙,对矿渣棉的物理性能产生不良影响:
由于(1)降低矿渣棉在潮湿环境中的稳定性的耐水性;
由于(2)降低矿渣棉在500 ~ 600℃温度区间的体积稳定性。
