LC50：翻译过来是半数致死浓度。LC50 in this Test Guideline(OECD Guidline 203 Fish, Acute Toxicity Test (Updated Guideline, adopted 17th July 1992) is the median lethal concentration, i.e. that concentration of the test substance in water which kills 50 per cent of a test batch of fish within a particular period of exposure(which must be stated).
LD50:翻译过来是半数致死剂量。LD50 (median lethal dose)(OECD Guidline 223 Avian Acute Oral Toxicity proposal), is a statistically derived single dose of a substance that can be expected to cause death in 50 per cent of animals when administered by the oral route. The LD50 value is expressed in terms of weight of test substance per unit weight of test animal (mg/kg).
